The subject of the invention relates to the technical sector of means for dispensing strips wound on reels. The apparatus is noteworthy in that it comprises two supports 16-18 for rolls R1-R2 mounted so as to pivot on a rigid structure 14 and connected to one another by a connecting rod 19; a mechanism associated with the two supports provides for the automatic and continuous transfer of the spare roll R2 in place of the roll in use, when the latter is almost entirely unwound, in order to dispense the strip of the spare roll, first simultaneously with the finishing strip of the roll in use, then alone, when the roll in use is empty. The apparatus applies mainly to any dispensing of paper, cotton wool or other wiping materials, which dispensing may or may not be associated with cutting means. <IMAGE> |
