PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overshoot caused in a current flowing write-in lines and bit lines at write-in of data. SOLUTION: Switch elementsϕ100 are provided at preceding stages of write-in lines WWL1-WWL3, and each write-in line WWL1-WWL3 is connected to a power source circuit 14 through the switch elementsϕ100. In the same way, switch elementsϕ200 are provided at preceding stages of bit lines BL1-BL3, and each write-in line BL1-BL3 is connected to a power source circuit 14 through the switch elementsϕ200.
