PURPOSE: A system and a method for identification using an iris and a retina and a recording medium storing a computer program source for the same are provided to correctly confirm the identification of an individual by discriminating a blood vessel pattern of the retina through the comparison between an original retina image and an inputted retina image. CONSTITUTION: An image input tool(10) obtains one or a plurality of images from one retina by having a plurality of light sources and a camera. A function setting tool(20) includes a function setting key for registering the retina image and using the retina image as a confirmation request image. An original image storing tool(40) registers and stores the retina images as the original retina image of each user. A retina confirmation tool(60) provides an operation signal to the image input tool(10), registers and stores the inputted retina image, and performs the identification of each user by comparing the retina image obtained from a user requesting the identification with the previously stored original retina image.
