WET TYPE DUST COLLECTING OUTLET GUIDE OF WIRE ROD MILL

PURPOSE: A wet type dust collecting outlet guide of wire rod mill is provided to improve surface quality of wire rod by guiding scale exfoliation due to cooling with water contacted with the surface of wire rod and removing the scale exfoliated due to contact with water along with cooling water at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The wet type dust collecting outlet guide of wire rod mill comprises a guide pipe(10) which is formed at a wire rod entering part, and on the circumference of which a plurality of scale induction holes(14) are formed; a body of revolution(30) on the circumference of which at least one scale induction hole(38) is formed at a position corresponding to the scale induction holes(14), and which is axially and rotationally installed with the body of revolution(30) being inserted onto the outer part of the guide pipe(10); a runner(34) fixed to the outer surface of the body of revolution(30) so that the runner(34) is positioned at the rear side of the scale induction hole(38) in a wire rod proceeding direction; a cover(20) which is formed to provide a space(41) for sealing them from the outside by covering at least the scale induction hole(38) and runner(34) so that the cover is supported by the guide pipe(10), and in which a high pressure water injector(28) is mounted on the rear side of the runner(34) in a wire rod proceeding direction to supply high pressure water, and which is equipped with a high pressure water outlet(29) to discharge high pressure water supplied to the space(41) to the outside; and a rotation means of the body of revolution for producing air flow in a wire rod proceeding direction using the runner(34) by rotating the body of revolution(30).
