The substitution device comprises a rigid, light insulating resistant panel (2) of the same dimensions as the opening left by the absence of the door. Two sections (3,3') each having a groove able to receive a vertical edge of the panel are arranged against the vertical faces (1,1') beside the framework encasing the opening. An inflatable tube (4,4') is interposed between the bottom of each groove and the panel. A hardenable material (6,6') is injected into the strips in order to plate the sections against the faces.
