PURPOSE: A device for controlling the pressure of fluid and opening and closing fluid is provided to supply and intermit fluid with keeping a constant pressure by the pressure of fluid mechanically opening and closing a valve by feeding back fluid flowed into a regulator, to supply a large quantity of fluid with keeping fluid in a low pressure, and to control the pressure of fluid in a large range. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the pressure of fluid and opening and closing fluid is composed of a valve control hole(4) penetrating through a body(2) with crossing a fluid inflow hole(3); a valve body(5) inserted into the valve control hole to slide; a guide rod(6) formed at the lower side of the valve body to combine a spring(7); a regulating bolt(9) screw-combined with a nut(8) formed at the lower internal combustion of the valve control hole; combining holes(14) of regulating caps(13), which are combined to fixed pipes(12) fixed by fixing pieces(11) to the lower side of the valve control hole to control rotation, combined with the regulating bolt having a square can-type body(10) formed with scale(15) and a stopper(16) at the outside; a plurality of guide grooves(18) formed at the upside of the valve body to guide a plurality of guide rods(17); an abrasion resistant ball(19) located at the lower part of the valve body, inserted into a through-hole(20) to intercept the fluid inflow hole, and an outer diameter of the ball being larger than an inner diameter of a discharging part(3a) of the fluid inflow hole; an opening(21) for supplying fluid formed at the lower part of the through-hole of the valve body; and a fluid flowing round hole(22) formed at the middle of the discharging part to feed back fluid and act the pressure of fluid upward the valve body and to penetrate the valve control hole.
