PURPOSE: A pedal of a vehicle is provided to reduce the fatigue in the ankle of a driver by making an upper panel of a pedal movable and reducing the generation of a slip load accompanying with the difference in the rotating trajectory of the foot of the driver and of a pedal arm. CONSTITUTION: A pedal arm(16) is rotatably installed in a vehicle room. A foot pad(18) is rotatably combined to the front end of the pedal arm. The foot pad comprises an upper panel member(20) directly receiving the pedal effort of a driver and a lower panel member(22) combined to the pedal arm and rotating the pedal arm with the pedal effort applied to the upper panel member. The upper panel member elastically moves along the contact face with the lower panel member.
