<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field generation device which can have a magnetic field strength of an electromagnet for a synchrotron and the like with faster repeat of 2 tesla or more which was impossible conventionally with normal electromagnets. SOLUTION: An iron core and an iron yoke of the normal electromagnets (4) and a permanent magnet (5) are arranged alternately in a lengthwise direction of a beam traveling direction and they are excited by a common coil (8).</p> |
