<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception processing system with compatibility between quickness and surety in the case of receiving a notice from a customer. SOLUTION: The reception processing system 30 is provided with; a notice reception terminal 10 capable of receiving a phone notice from a customer; one notice processing terminal 20 or more connected to the notice reception terminal 10 in a communication enabled manner, receiving a phone notice, and capable of sequentially performing reception processing to receive input information on a reception menu on the basis of notice contents, in which number of simultaneously receptible phone notice and number of simultaneously displayable reception menu are respectively limited to one, after one reception processing is finished, a succeeding phone notice is received and the successive reception processing can be initiated; and a temporary storage means 23 that allows a prescribed storage means 26 to apply temporary storage processing to the input information received on the reception menu in a reusable manner only for the reception processing so as to temporarily complete the reception processing and display a new reception menu.</p> |
