PURPOSE: An information charging service method for a mobile terminal and an apparatus therefor are provided to download and upload information about an E-mail, a game, and various data through an Internet network and simultaneously charge a power. CONSTITUTION: A billing system performs a direct billing, and performs a billing through an Internet network. A power is supplied to an information charging apparatus by a power device, and is charged in a battery of a mobile terminal. The information charging apparatus has various mobile terminal interfaces such as a USB(Universal Serial Bus) interface, a PCMCIA(Personal Computer Memory Card International Association) interface, a CF(Compact Flash) interface, an RJ45 interface, an RS232 interface, a Bluetooth interface, and an infrared communication interface to be capable of connecting to various mobile terminals. An OS(Operating System) program suitable for each mobile terminal is embedded in the information charging apparatus so that a user selects an interface and an OS program suitable for a mobile terminal of the user, and uploads and receives various information. |
