PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil part which can obtain a large impedance without large-sizing a product and has a high reliability. SOLUTION: At least one recess portion 14, 15 reaching a first magnetic material substrate 1 from an upper face side is formed by stacking coil patterns 12a, 12b, 13a, and 13b to an insulating layer 11a arranged on the first magnetic substrate 1 in a portion where the coil patterns 12a, 12b, 13a, and 13b of a laminate body 10 having a structure arranged by coils 12 and 13 in an insulator 11 are not arranged, a part of a magnetic layer 20 arranged by covering the laminate body 10 is put into the recess portion 14, 15 and a second (upper side) magnetic material substrate 2 is bonded to the magnetic layer 20 through a non-magnetic adhesive layer 30.
