PURPOSE: A system for preventing exhaust gas of a vehicle is provided to minimize environmental pollution by collecting even gas leaking out from valves, conduit lines, and a canister into a combustion chamber or a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A system for preventing exhaust gas of a vehicle includes a fuel tank module comprised of a fuel tank(3); a canister(1) installed inside the fuel tank; a check valve(11) and a canister line(13), to supply evaporation gas of the fuel tank to the canister; a second canister(5), to collect the excessive capacity evaporation gas of the canister; and a close valve(7), to exhaust evaporation gas of the second canister. The system for preventing exhaust gas includes a surge tank module having a PCV(Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve(23), a PCVV(Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve,25), a PCSV(Purge Control Solenoid Valve,27), an EGRSV(Exhaust Gas Re-circulation Solenoid Valve,29), and a delivery pipe(21), installed inside a surge tank(19), as one body. Thus, exhaust gas, leaking out, is collected and environmental pollution is minimized.
