PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-stage imaging device which can prevent light from being incident to the peripheral region of a photoelectric converter without using a shielding film of made of metal or the like. SOLUTION: The solid-stage imaging device comprises a semiconductor substrate, multiple photoconverters formed on the substrate, and a waveguide structure formed on the substrate constituting a window on each photoconverter and constituting a photonic crystal which does not allow the light of a predetermined wavelength range to infiltrate to a region surrounding the window.
