摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional bipolar generator, the change of a magnetic flux is created by the rotation by a method for fixing any one of an armature and poles and rotating the other one to generate an induced electromagnetic force, so that the electric power and the power of the armature are reversely converted, in this structure, the generated torque includes a force for rotating to overcome the attraction force of the magnetic flux and the armature and a force for rotating the mass of the field, the drive force for generating this torque is a hydraulic power, a thermal power, an atomic power, a wind power or the like at present, but these powers have troubles in view of resources finiteness, a global environment or the like. SOLUTION: The drive force of the structure of the bipolar generator is generated only by the force for rotating the masses of a substantially shielding ferromagnetic unit and the rotor (field element), so that the attraction force of the rotor (field element) and the stator (armature) can be suppressed to the minimum limit. Accordingly, a power source necessary for generating the electric power is W=1/2.(Jω<2> ), and the rotary torque T=Fr=SB<2> r/μ0 is generated by not the torque for repelling to the attraction force between the rotor (field element) and the stator (armature) but the rotary force only by the masses of the rotor (field element (and the shielding ferromagnetic element. This generator can generate the electric power by about 1/6 of the torque of the conventional bipolar generator. This is used to provide an energy-saving type bipolar generator.
