PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display board which has high light accumulating effect, is excellent in visibility at the time of emitting light at nigh and further in the daytime, in which a light accumulating material is easy to handle, can be freely designed and change of display can be easily executed. SOLUTION: In the display board, a display section consisting of light accumulating particles having the light accumulating property, colored cullet materials, light reflecting material pieces or the like, is formed on a surface of a planar member. Further in the display board, the display section is held between two sheets of planar members in which at least one surface is transparent.
