PURPOSE: Provided are apple fermented liquid and a preparation method of laver containing the same. Therefore the laver is removed from impurities and contains malic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, and tartaric acid. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of apple fermented liquid comprises the steps of: dividing an apple into four and dipping them in vinegar diluent(weight ratio of vinegar to water is 1:200) for 30 minutes; inserting the apples, a live yeast and brown sugar in a weight ratio of 1000:5:100 to 1000:6:100 into a pot; fermenting them at room temperature for 50-60 days with covering the pot; opening the cover and fermenting them at room temperature for 2.5-3 months after formation of acid; and filtering them and naturally aging the filtrate in the shade for 3-5 months. |
