<p>PURPOSE: To provide a scribing device capable of restricting vibration of a cutter in lateral direction while allowing vibration of the cutter only in longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION: The scribing device is composed of a vibration generation part 14 which generates vibration, and a shaft 15 which transfers the vibration of the vibration generating part 14 to a cutter 12 which is fixed on the shaft 15, and a guiding part 28 which guides axially linear motion of the shaft, magnets 17a, and 17b which adjust a load by magnetic force imparted to a work via the cutter 12, and the guiding part 28 also guide the movement of the shaft 15 (e.g. lifting) caused by the magnets 17a, 17b. The moment load is never generated by providing the guiding parts separately, so the lateral vibration of the cutter 12 is prevented, and the cutter 12 is vibrated smoothly only in longitudinal direction.</p> |
