PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of yellow earth boards applied to roofs, floors and walls by using yellow earth with high heat-insulation, far infrared emission and no pollution. CONSTITUTION: The yellow earth boards are manufactured by the following steps of: (i) mixing 80wt.% of yellow earth with 60-80wt.%(based on the total amount of yellow earth) of water; (ii) drying yellow earth to be 30-40wt.% of moisture content; (iii) adding at least one material selected from carbohydrates like flour, starch and glutinous rice powder to yellow earth in a ratio of 80 : 20 for increasing strength of yellow earth, wherein the carbohydrates comprise 6.67wt.% of flour, 6.67wt.% starch and 6.67wt.% glutinous rice; (iv) pouring the mixture into a square frame; (v) pressing under pressure over 10ton and drying in the air; (vi) cutting pressed plates into a shape of board; (vi) grinding the board surfaces; (vii) surface treating the board surfaces by plastering a flour glue to the surfaces of yellow earth boards. In case of addition of water-soluble vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive or carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt to the mixture of yellow earth, the mixing ratio of yellow earth, carbohydrates and resin adhesive(or cellulose) is 85 : 10 : 5, wherein the carbohydrates comprise 3.3wt.% of flour, 3.3wt.% starch and 3.3wt.% glutinous rice.
