NOVEL POLYETHOXYLATED CHOLECALCIFEROL DERIVATIVE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A novel polyethoxylated cholecalciferol derivative, its preparation method and a cosmetic composition containing the derivative are provided, wherein the derivative shows a relatively good solubility, an excellent stability, a low toxicity and a lasting moisturizing effect. CONSTITUTION: The polyethoxylated cholecalciferol derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein PEG is R1(OCH2CH2)n (wherein n is an integer of 2-400 and R1 is an alkyl group of C1-C10). The method comprises the step of reacting the compound represented by the formula 3 with the polyethylene glycol derivative represented by the formula 2 in the presence of a solvent and a base, wherein n is an integer of 2-400; R1 is an alkyl group of C1-C10; and X is a halogen atom or a sulfonate group. Preferably the solvent is dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, hexamethylphosphoramide, N-methylpyrrolidone, pyrrolidone or dimethylacetamide; and the base is NaOH, KOH, Na2CO3, K2CO3, CsCO3 or NaH.
