PURPOSE: A device for trimming a welded portion by using a rotating cutter is provided to keep the cut surface of a welding bead neat by cutting the welding bead via a cutting tool. CONSTITUTION: A device for trimming a welded portion by using a rotating cutter comprises a frame(201) moving horizontally by a cylinder(204), a gear rotatably mounted on the inner wall of a recess formed on the frame, a driven gear rotating by the driving of the gear, a height-adjusting thrust shaft movable vertically by the rotation of the driven gear and having a guide sleeve, a motor fixed on a motor fixing base and movable upward and downward, a pair of bevel gears rotating at the lower portion of the motor, and a rotating cutter for cutting a welding bead formed on the surface of a strip.
