DUST REMOVAL SYSTEM OF WIRE ROD MILL

PURPOSE: A dust removal system of wire rod mill is provided in which dust and noxious gas generated from the wire rod mill are sucked in to be deposited and dissolved into water tank, and water of the deposited and dissolved water tank is discharged into water treatment tank through discharge pipe using high pressure air. CONSTITUTION: The dust removal system of wire rod mill comprises a dust suction duct(20) installed at one side of a block(13) of wire rod mill (R) comprising rollers(11,12) for rolling wire rod; a dust suction means(30) connected to the end of the dust suction duct(20); a dust discharge pipe(40) connected to the dust suction means(30); a plurality of holes formed on a part of the dust discharge pipe(40) so that the hole formed part of the dust discharge pipe(40) is immersed into a water tank; and an air supply means(60) installed at the outlet side of the dust discharge pipe(40) immersed into the water tank.
