PURPOSE: A clamp device of wire rod rolling mill guide is provided to support the wire rod rolling mill guide safely by preventing droop of clamp and minimize defective proportion and increase productivity of wire rod finally produced by installing roller at the lower part of the clamp for supporting the wire rod rolling mill guide. CONSTITUTION: In a clamp device of wire rod rolling mill guide in which a clamp(30) for supporting and fixing the wire rod guide is removably bolt connected to one side of the side surface of a rest bar(10), the clamp device of wire rod rolling mill guide is characterized in that a rail(20) is installed along a length direction of the rest bar at the lower part of one side of the side surface of the rest bar where the clamp is installed, and a roller(31) supported as it is being moved along the rail is installed at the lower part of the clamp fixed to the rest bar by bolt and nut in such a way that the roller is axially rotated around a fixed shaft(32), wherein a nipple(33) for supplying grease or oil to induce smooth rotation of the roller(31) is installed at one side end of the fixed shaft, wherein a handle(35) for manually moving the clamp is formed at any one or both sides of the clamp, and wherein the clamp is smoothly moved side to side by forming an inclined surface(36) at the outside of the lower part of the clamp so that the inclined surface forms a certain angle to an inclined surface(21) of the rail(20) when the clamp(30) is slanted outwardly.
