SOLUTION: The vent pipe and a substrate assembly 200, which is constituted by fixing the vent pipe 60 and the adhesion component 75 for its vent pipe to a predetermined position of a pair of substrate, which is located oppositely so that a gas electric discharge space may be formed, by a clipping means 80, is arranged in a furnace, which performs heating and temperature descending processing, and the end part of the vent pipe is connected to the piping 220 for vacuum exhausting. In this state, while performing the heating and temperature descending processing for carrying out welding of the vent pipe 60 by the adhesion component 75, in the heating state of this processing, vacuum exhausting of the gas electric discharge space of the vent pipe and the substrate assembly is carried out.
