PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile wireless terminal automatic forcibly terminating system that allows a user to acquire incoming call information at that time without fail even when a mobile wireless terminal enters a inhibited area and the use of the terminal is restricted. SOLUTION: When the mobile wireless terminal 7 enters a use inhibited area 20 from an entrance 21, the mobile wireless terminal 7 receives a use restriction signle SL sent from a small-sized base station 5. Thus, the mobile wireless terminal 7 transmits a notice signal denoting the entry to the area 20 and a request signal of requesting storage of history information to a wireless exchange station 1 and the mobile wireless terminal 7 reaches a use restriction state in which the communication with a base station 3 is disabled. After that, when a speech or mail or the like corrives as the mobile wireless terminal 7, the wireless exchange station 1 stores the incoming signals as the incoming history and informs opposite parties about it that the mobile wireless terminal 7 is in the use inhibited area 20. When the mobile wireless terminal 7 goes out of the use inhibited area 20 from the exit 22, the mobile wireless terminal 7 receives a use restriction release signal SC sent from the small-sized base station 6. Thus, the use restriction state of the mobile wireless terminal 7 is released and the mobile wireless terminal 7 requests the wireless exchange station 1 to send the history information.
