PURPOSE: A medical video service setup system is provided to display information contents or broadcast on a screen and, simultaneously, display advertisement on a required portion of a lower part or a side part of the screen so as to improve advertising effect and provide necessary information. CONSTITUTION: A medical video service setup system includes a key input unit(120) for inputting information required for controlling the system, a remote receiver(125) for remotely receiving a signal for remotely controlling the system, an A/D converter(150) for converting signals received from an external TV receiver into digital signals. The system further includes an input selector(160) for selecting inputs from a server and external devices connected to the system, a storage and delay unit(170) for storing the information selected by the input selector and delaying the information for a predetermined period of time required for constructing advertisement, and an advertisement construction unit(180) for generating service information including advertisement. The system also has an output selector(190) for outputting the signal from the advertisement construction unit to a display device, and a microprocessor(110) for controlling each of the components. |
