PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically select the access line of a communication device. SOLUTION: The communication device to be connected to a network via an access line selected out of a plurality of access lines, is provided with a quality related quantity detecting means for detecting a prescribed quality related quantity to affect the quality of communication through the access line and a line selecting means for selecting an access line to be used for communication out of a plurality of access lines corresponding to the quality related quantity detected by the relevant quality related quantity detecting means. Thus, the communication device is a mobile communication device having mobility, for example, and it is preferable that the quality related quantity is the movement speed of the relevant mobile communication device. |
