<p>It is intended to provide biaxially oriented polylactic acid-based resin films appropriate for films for bags and packages and films for various windows (in particular, envelope window films) which are biodegradable and have favorable coating properties as envelope window films (for example, antistatic properties, slipperiness and anti-blocking properties) and high-speed cutting properties. Namely, biaxially oriented polylactic acid-based resin films comprising at least 50% by weight of a polylactic acid-based resin, characterized by having a storage modulus E’ of the film at 80 °C in the test on the temperature-dependence of dynamic viscoelasticity ranging from 10 MPa to 3000 MPa when determined in accordance with JIS K7198 (Method A), a heat contraction rate upon heating at 80 °C for 10 seconds of 10% or less and a tear strength in the width direction (TD direction) ranging from 10 to 200 mN when determined in accordance with JIS K7128 (Method B).</p> |
