PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection cover for optical fiber which provides better indoor appearance and extends the life of optical fiber, by protecting the optical fiber wired indoor from being caught and cut of being bent with a radius smaller than a tolerable minimum bending radius. SOLUTION: A protection cover 23 has a first guide opening 27 into which an optical fiber 11 is guided, a second guide opening 29 out of which the optical fiber 11 is guided, and a guide space 31 connecting the guide openings 17 and 29 together, and is provided with a protection cover body 25 wherein an internal surface 33 of the guide space 31 on the side of first guide opening 27 is formed into a curved surface having a radius equal to or larger than the minimum tolerable bending radius of the optical fiber 11.
