PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick cooker that can prevent generation of noise, reduction in blast volume and rotational failure of a fan and realizes a reduced manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: An inner circumference of a scroll portion 531 of a fan casing 53 is defined by a partial arc concentric with an outer circumference of a centrifugal fan 51, and the centrifugal fan 51 used is mounted with three blades. The design of the scroll portion 531 of the fan casing 53 dispenses with complex computation, and the number of parts of the centrifugal fan 51 is small to reduce manufacturing cost. The inner circumference of the scroll portion 531 of the fan casing 53 and the outer circumference of the centrifugal fan 51 are protected against having a partly extremely small clearance to prevent foreign matter from causing a clog under dust, oil and the like and prevent the centrifugal fan 51 from being in contact with the inner circumference of the scroll portion 531 of the fan casing 53 due to an error in the dimensions and mounting position of the centrifugal fan.
