PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic polyester film excellent in antistatic properties, back face transfer properties and scraping resistance. SOLUTION: The antistatic film having an antistatic coating is prepared by applying a coating liquid comprising a polymer antistatic agent (A) that includes the repeating unit of the structure represented by general formula (I) as an essential component on at least one side of a thermoplastic resin film, drying and stretching (wherein R<1> denotes H or a methyl group; R<2> denotes a 1-5C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; R<3> and R<4> are independently a 1-4C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; R<5> is a 1-12C aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group, or a composite group thereof; and X<-> denotes an anionic compound). |
