PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack reaction-type polyurethane-resin based adhesive, reduced in dependence the generation of an initial adhesive power and adhesion possible time on a working environment, and unnecessary to change a blending content of the adhesive in winter and summer, therefore which can be used all the year. SOLUTION: The one-pack reaction-type polyurethane-resin based adhesive is essentially composed of a polyurethane resin (A), a raw material of which is diphenylmethanediisocyanate, having an unreacted isocyanate group (that is, an active NCO group) in the molecule, at least one kind of hexamethylenediisocyanate based polyisocyanate (B) selected from buret type, isocyanurate type and two-functional prepolymer type, and a tertiary-amine type reaction promoter (C) having a morpholine structure in the molecule.
