PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery attaching/detaching structure of an electric two-wheeled vehicle which can improve the attaching/detaching operability of a battery to/from a vehicle body, and prevent a rider from being interfered by the battery. SOLUTION: In the electric two-wheeled vehicle traveling by the driving force of an electric motor operated by a battery 32 as a power source, a seat 15 is fitted on a pair of right and left vehicle body frames 14 in an opening/ closing manner, the battery 32 is attachably/detachably disposed between riser parts of the right and left vehicle body frames 14 below the seat 15, and the battery 32 is attached/detached by opening the seat 15. A rider can easily attach/detach the battery 32 in an easy attitude, and the attachable/detachable operability of the battery 32 to/from the vehicle body is improved. The battery 32 is disposed between the riser parts of the right and left vehicle body frames 14 below the seat 15 to allow the rider to ride on/ride off the two-wheeled vehicle.
