PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give water-repelling and heat-insulating properties to the components contained in an aerosol concentrate and to eject the concentrate with the aerosol ejection. SOLUTION: The aerosol composition comprises the aerosol concentrate containing particles of feather and a propellant. The particles of feather are prepared by grinding bird feathers. The feather particles have excellent water repellency and fine spaces are formed in the core. The fine spaces have the functions of retaining the liquid components and insulating heat are retained in the fine spaces. In addition, they also have the moisture-controlling function and they absorb the moisture in the air, when the humidity rises and the moisture absorbed is released, when the humidity drops.
