摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and mechanism for clamping a moving body to a guide frame body, in which consumable moving members are not included in the structure thereof. SOLUTION: The moving body can be moved and positioned on the guide frame body by at least two pairs of sliding guide portions arranged in parallel with each other. When pressurized fluid is supplied into a passage arranged in the neighborhood of one slide surface of one sliding guide portion, a thin portion expands toward the opposite slide surface, and comes into contact with the opposite slide surface. Successively, the contact of the opposite slide surface of the other sliding guide portion is detected by a sensor. After the detection, the moving body is clamped to the guide frame body by supplying much more highly pressurized fluid into the passage.
