PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing member capable of reducing a manufacturing cost of the bearing and provide the bearing capable of maintaining a good sealing property. SOLUTION: The bearing member provides a shaft inserting portion inserting a rotary shaft. An elastic seal-member forming portion, in which an elastic seal member having a sealing portion elastically touched around the rotary shaft is formed in an installed state, is arranged on one end portion of the shaft inserting portion. A bearing portion rotatably supporting the rotary shaft is formed on other end of the shaft inserting portion. A falling preventive means preventing falling to a radial direction of a seal portion of a ring-shaped part is arranged on the elastic seal-member forming portion by intruding into a part of the ring-shaped portion arranged around the seal portion of the elastic seal member or making the part of the ring-shaped portion inserted. |
