PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double sliding door apparatus which aligns both a first and a second doors 1, 2 with each other when they are closed, and is improved in operational stability thereof. SOLUTION: In this double sliding door apparatus, the first door 1 is hung by an upper guide rail 4 in a laterally movable manner, which guide rail 4 bears a lateral moving body 10 in a laterally movable manner. The second door 2 is hung from the lateral moving body 10 via parallel links 11, 12 in a manner being displaceable in parallel inward and outward, and energized inward by springs. The apparatus comprises a second door thrusting means 39, for displacing the second door 2 outside the first door 1 against the energizing force of the springs when both the first and second doors 1, 2 relatively approach each other form a closed position in which both the doors are abutted on each other. In the double sliding door apparatus, the upper parallel links 11, 12 of the second door 2 are vertically concentrically arranged with lower parallel links 13, 14, respectively, and a pair of the upper and lower parallel links 11, 13 which are vertically concentrically arranged are interlocked to each other by a vertical interlocking shaft 29 while a pair of the upper and the lower parallel links 12, 14 which are vertically concentrically arranged are interlocked to each other by a vertical interlocking shaft 30.
