<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating and quenching device for smoothly exchanging heating coils. SOLUTION: The induction heating and quenching device (A) comprises two induction heating coils 100 (cf. FIG. 3) for heating a work W, a cooling unit 200 for cooling the work W, an electrode part 310 which is electrically connected to an output terminal of a power supply 300, a coil holding part 400 (cf. FIG. 3) for releasably holding two induction heating coils 100, a coil moving part 500 (cf. FIG. 1 or 3) which is connected to the coil holding part 400, for alternately moving the induction heating coils 100 to a hardening position (a) from a coil exchange position (b), a coil connecting part 600 for electrically connecting a feed conductor part 110 of the induction heating coils 100 at the hardening position (a) and an electrode part 310 while sandwiching and holding them, and a control unit 700 (cf. FIG. 5) for controlling the coil moving part 500 and the coil connecting part 600.</p> |
