PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel setting structure of a vehicle-mounted electronic equipment, capable of enlarging the area on which a display and an operating switch of a panel are arranged. SOLUTION: A panel 4 is detachable in front of a tray of a tray-type recording medium mechanism 3 coming in or out of the front face of the vehicle- mounted electronic equipment, and the panel position is changeable in the usage state.
