<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing an agglomerated product of oxidized metals with high strength even after drying by using metal refining dust which includes high concentration of alkali metal elements. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises preparing a blended raw material B by adding acidic substance E such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and lignin, and water to the metal refining dust A containing an oxidized metal of a main component, a carbonaceous substance of which the quantity is satisfactory to reduce the oxidized metal, and alkali metal elements of 0.7 mass% or more by dry basis, and by mixing them in a mixer 1; producing a raw pellet C1 or a raw briquette C2 by agglomerating the blended raw material B by a pelletizer 21 or a briquette machine 22; and manufacturing a dried pellet D1 or a dried briquette D2 which is an agglomerated product of the oxidized metals, by drying it with a drier 3.</p> |
