PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a cooling water reservoir on a vehicle and reduce inspection and supply work frequency of the cooling water. SOLUTION: Condensed water generated in an evaporator 11 in an air conditioner is introduced into a condensed water reservoir tank 17 mounted on the vehicle 1 through a drain hose 15. A pure water reservoir tank 33 for storing pure water for humidifying a gas supplied to a fuel cell unit 29 is mounted on the vehicle 1, and the pure water reservoir tank 33 and the condensed water reservoir tank 17 are connected to each other by a connection pipe 39. A check valve 41 for obstructing the water flow from the condensed water reservoir tank 17 to the pure water reservoir tank 33 and permitting the water flow from the pure water reservoir tank 33 to the condensed water reservoir tank 17 is provided in the connection pipe 39. The water in the condensed water reservoir tank 17 is injected and supplied from a water injection nozzle 5 to a radiator 3 through a cooling water pipe 25 by a water injection pump 27.
