PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing arm fitting structure of a motorcycle which is effectively adaptable to any change in the tire size or the like while facilitating the manufacture and improving the convenience substantially at a low cost. SOLUTION: A bearing housing 5 to form a pivot part of a swing arm 22 disposed on both sides of a rear end of an engine case 40 is formed to be shorter than the width of a part formed of a rear end 40a of the engine case 40 and a pivot fitting part of a side frame 11b. A spacer 1B is inserted in a space formed between the bearing housing 5 and the engine case 40 or the pivot fitting part. The space is formed between the engine case 40 and the bearing housing, and the bearing housing 5 of the swing arm 22 is disposed closer to the pivot fitting part side of the side frame 11b.
