PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and a weight while securing required rigidity. SOLUTION: A plate shaped dumber part 12 of an air conditioner dumber 30 is formed by injection foam molding technique so as to be formed of an outer side wall part 34 solidified on an outer side of the plate shaped dumber part 12 with foaming restricted, and an inner side foamed part 32 solidified in a foamed state on an inner side of the outer side wall part 34. Thereby, used amount of resin material necessary for forming is suppressed, and thus surface rigidity capable of sustaining a wind pressure of an temperature conditioned air is secured and the cost and the weight can be reduced.
