PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface sheet material which is readily produced and inexpensive, while effectively utilizing resources. SOLUTION: As a sheet 1 for a bulletin board, a recycled plastic sheet made of an olefin material is employed as a core material 21 of the surface sheet 2. A covering material 22 made of the reproduced plastic sheet using olefin as a material is pasted to the surface of the core material 21 to constitute the surface sheet 2. A sheet for lining cloth 3 made of paper or nonwoven fabric is pasted to the rear surface of the core material 21 of the surface sheet 2.
