PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a rake angle which can be corresponded to a variety of machining conditions by one kind of a cutting tool. SOLUTION: The angle of a sheeting plate 12 against the main body 11 of the cutting tool holder can be changed by moving the guided face 16 of the sheeting plate 12 in close contact with the circular arc guide face 14 of the main body 11 of the cutting tool holder. Accordingly, the angle of a cutting tool shank adhering to the holding face 17 in the sheeting plate 12 can be changed. Since the rake angle corresponding to the machining conditions can be obtained without changing the angle of the rake face of the edge portion itself in the cutting tool, the rake angle which can be corresponded to the variety of the machining conditions can be realized by one kind of the cutting tool.
