PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating sleeve integrated bearing having a high airtight property at a low cost. SOLUTION: An outward flange 7a is arranged at one end of an insulating sleeve 7 fit into a bore surface of an inner ring 2, and an annular projected portion 7b is formed on a face opposing to a side end face of the flange 7a, and one side end of a gap 4 is blocked by inserting the projected portion 7b into the gap 4 between the inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3. Thus, the airtight property is improved so as to obtain labyrinth seal effects between the projected portion 7b and outer ring 3, and a piece of shield plates installed into a conventional bearing becomes unnecessary.
