PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a phenol-based mixed antioxidant having high antioxidation effect which has not been achieved with an each compound alone without using a phosphorus- and sulfur-based antioxidant with which the problems of toxicity or environment tend to arise. SOLUTION: The antioxidant comprises 1,3,5-tris(4-tert-butyl-3-hydroxy-2,6- dimethyl benzyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-trione and tetrakis[methylene-3-(3',5'-di-tert-butyl-4'-hydroxyphenyl)propionate] methane. A resinous composition contains the antioxidant and a resinous molding comprises the composition.
