AUGER TYPE ICE MAKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auger type ice making machine capable of avoiding a lock of a geared motor without stopping operation of the whole ice making devices. SOLUTION: Ice making water in a cylinder 1 is cooled by circulating a refrigerant in a refrigerating circuit by a compressor 15, and an auger 3 in the cylinder 1 is rotated by the geared motor 5. An ammeter 18 for detecting an electric current flowing inside is connected to the geared motor 5, and a control part 19 is also connected to the ammeter 18. A contact point 20 is arranged between the compressor 15 and an unillustrated power source, and a relay circuit for opening-closing this contact point 20 is provided in the control part 19.
