PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which allows a tilting operation part such as an indication part to freely do angular displacement to prevent the tilting operation part from separating from an electronic device body when a separation preventive member is attached to the electronic device and in which the tilting operation member is attachable/detachable to/from the electronic device body in the state that the tilting operation part is in a specified angular position when the separation preventive member is separated from the electronic device. SOLUTION: The electronic device is constituted of a panel unit 4 which is installed to be angularly displaceable within an angular range including a specified angular position, and which is attachable/detachable in a state in a specified angular position around the rotary axial line L1 in the upper cabinet section 3 of a telephone set, and a cabinet cover body 30 detachably attached to the upper cabinet section 3 of the telephone set to prevent the panel unit 4 from separating from the telephone set.
