PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete kneader capable of kneading ready-mixed concrete so as to hold the flowable state thereof for as long a time as possible. SOLUTION: Stirring/kneading blades 2 and 3 are fixed to the inside of a drum-shaped container 1 by bolts and nuts and the drum-shaped container 1 housing concrete is supported by a fluid pressure cylinder 4 using oil pressure or the like so that the axis thereof becomes a proper angle of inclination near to a horizontal surface and ready-mixed concrete is scoped up by the blades 2 and 3 by rotating the worm wheel 5 provided to the bottom part of the drum- shaped container 1 by the worm gear 7 rotated by the rotary power from an electromotor 6 to be stirred and kneaded. In this concrete kneader, the blades 2 and 3 comprise an iron plate subjected to the contact treatment with activated mineral water pressurized to a pressure of 2-30 atm.
