PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a newly structured fluid-enclosed type mount, capable of reducing or preventing generation of abnormal noise and vibration in case of changing operation of vibration insulation characteristics by means of closing a second orifice pathway and further being able to improve durability of an elastic rubber film. SOLUTION: As a cover body 82, whose middle portion made of the elastic rubber film 32 is larger than an external peripheral portion in rigidity, it is positioned opposite to an opening portion 68 communicating with an equilibrium chamber 92 of the second orifice pathway 98. In the elastic rubber film 32, a portion, extending outwardly from an external peripheral edge of the cover body 82 to an external peripheral side thereof, is made to serve as an annular abutting portion 84 that has an approximate arc-shaped curved cross-section and protrudes to a partitioning member 30. Then, pressing force acted by an actuator 104 affects an outer surface of the cover body 82, so that a protruding point 86 of the annular abutting portion 84 is made to press against a peripheral portion of the opening portion 68 communicating with the equilibrium chamber 92 of the second orifice pathway 98 in the dividing member 30. |
